ok hai semua, lama x blogging. hari ni nak cerita pasal meat and cheese.

pernah tak makan burger bakar? aku antara peminat burger bakar, sebab aku suka daging, dan keju. tapi aku cukup pantang kalau burger bakar ni, keju atas daging dia tak cair. ape gune bakar burger kalau keju tak cair woi!!!
bayangkan la burger yg padat2 besar tu korang gigit tapi cheese tak mencair. worse, cheese sejuk. aishhhh that's so so wrong!!! tak rasa kelazatan burger bakar lansung!

ha yg ni bukan google. gambar dari instagram i, hari tu keluar ngan kengkawan. burger abang burn seksyen 7. dapnyeeeee dapnyeeeee
and after eating burger bakar with melted cheese for a while, i began to criticize normal burgers without melted cheese on top as well kikiki. padahal dulu makan burger biasa dengan cheese tak bising pun ork?
cam hari tu makan burger kfc, cheese atas dia tak cair, sejuk pulak tu. haissshhhh felt so wrong, tapi lapar sangat time tu bedal je ah.
so hari ni aku nak cerita trick untuk buat cheese atas burger melt mwehehehehehehehehe
but i'm not using burgers, i used steaks, the trick works same on both
cara ni i baru je try buat kelmarin, time masak lasagna. tengah2 masak lasagna sementara tunggu lasagna sheets tu boil, aku cam lapar gila, and then discovered that there's some marinated meat in our refrigerator. hari tu family johor datang, Tuan Kamil marinate daging kambing. ade lagi rupenye ingatkan dah habis. hihihi. so i pun amek lah pan and bakar.

ok, so i took some meats, small sizes, (ye a nak kunyah sambil2 tunggu lasagna je pun), put em on a pan,
usually, we didn't put those cheese on top, Tuan Kamil would make steak macam biasa, masak biasa, and then put his special gravy on top, just like that. tapi sebab aku tengah buat lasagna kan, ada cheese, letak ah cheese. come one, what would taste better than meat and cheese, kaaaannnnn???
after several minutes of waiting, those cheese didn't melt :( i felt frustrated, takkan ah nak makan daging dengan cheese yang tak melt kot, tak best gilo!!!
ini la steak and cheese yang tak cayyaq tu, buat aku frust. grrrrr! tapi tangkap gambaq gak pasai exited. kahkahkah
and then i realised that the cheese won't melt coz the heat came from the pan, the cheese was located on top and that's why they didn't melt, they didn't get the heat. cewah rasa cam jamie oliver kikiki. so i covered the pan, so that the heat won't escape to the air. owh lupe, aku gunekan pan yg memang boleh di-cover. ni pan yang aku guna
maaf ye, gambar tak berape cantik. sebenarnya aku try google gambo pan ni, malas betul nak amek gambo dia, xkan ah nak insta gambo pan kot kan? ingat nak curik kat google je, kuajjaq google takdak gambaq pan kesayangan i ni. grrrrr. so google takde la 'has everything you need' sangat. kahkah ntah pape kutok google, time ada assignment dia jugak yg tolong hang hihi :) sorry google, kosong-kosong ye.....
so sebab i nak jugak tunjuk kat u ols pan ni, nanti senang u ols nak masak, i amek jugak gambo pepagi ni. cikgu jamilah beli kat KB, tapi ade je kat tempat lain, entah kat mane. hahaha. gurau2, memang ade kat tempat lain, moksu aku ada beli tapi aku tak ingat a kat mane. dia ada byk size, boleh pilih ikut kesukaan hati :)
covered pan senang, dia la yang jadi trick untuk cheese cair. kalau takde, gune la ape2 je pun asalkan boleh tutup cookware korang, sebab ini la rahsianya, haba akan terperangkan dalam penutup, dan keju akan mencair apabila terkena haba, yahooo!!!
so in conclusion,
TIPS AND TRICKS TO MELT CHEESES ON BURGERS AND STEAKS
TIPS UNTUK MENCAIRKAN KEJU DI ATAS DAGING
1. it is advisable to put your meat at the side of the pan to ensure the meat will not burn or over cook.
2. cover your cookware. so the cheese will get sufficient heat and melt (as we wish mwehehehe)
3. wait for a while. just a while. and let the magic do it's work. hihhihhhiiiiiii
so here it is, melted cheese! mwehehehe. and as you can see, i put those meat at the side of the pan, kang letak tengah terbakor pulok ye.
dan kecilkan api, untuk elakkan daging over cooked gak.
sedapnye steak and cheese, sampai terbantut pembikinan lasagna aku time tu, kikiki.
ok that's all, now everyone can make a melted cheese steaks/burgers! yes, normal steaks taste great but please, trust me, steaks with melted cheese taste sooooooooo much better than normals. seriously. like serious. i'm so serious.
ok that's enough.
um, maafkan saya jika gambar tak cantik. memang tak cantik. lantak ah, korang ingat senang ke nak tangkap gambo bila steak and cheese ada depan mata? kihihi.
lepas ni kalau tuan kamil masak steak nak letak cheese kat atas hihhihii.. *drooling.
